If you need
to return a product, make sure you have your order number
ready. Please call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
, Monday through Friday 9:30 am to 4:00 pm EMT, or e-mail us
. RMA numbers will be given only to products which are currently
under warranty. Returns for credit must be received within 30 days of
the invoice date (15 days for CPU's). After 30 days, RMA's are only valid
for exchange of a defective product. All returns are subject to a 20%
restocking fee. RMA numbers are only valid for 15 days. Shipping charges
on returned goods are non-refundable .
Opened retail box CPU's may not be returned for credit and will only be
exchanged for the same if found defective. Some products are supported
directly through the manufacturer and must be returned accordingly. When
returning an item to us, it is important that you return it to us with
all accessories, manuals, cables, etc., in order to receive a credit or
exchange. Items returned to us without all accessories or items which
are defaced will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please package your
return item in a separate shipping box with appropriate packaging. If
you are not sure how to package an item for safe shipping, please consult
a local shipping company.
Product being returned to us in an envelope or with insufficient packaging
will be refused and your warranty will be voided. Please place the RMA
number on the outside of the shipping box before returning it to us. RMA's
which do not meet the criteria outlined above will be returned. Please
call us if you have any questions.
For advanced RMA replacement written authorization from cutomer is required.
With authorization customers credit card will be charged, also there is
a $8.00 non-refundable processing fee. Upon receiving the defective
parts from customer, the customer will receive a refund on the last
day of the month.
